What is The Christian School Foundation?

Christian School Foundation works with its member Christian schools to encourage bequests and planned gifts as a source of sustainable, long-term funding for Community Christian School and many other Christian schools.

Christian School Foundation offers many ways to support our school. While donations given through the Foundation are pooled for investment purposes, contributions are not simply dumped into one big pot that is shared by all. Donors can designate their gifts to any one of a number of accounts. Every member school has, at least, a Growth Fund (endowment fund), but most also have a number of other accounts, from Bursary to Computer Technology funds, or other special projects.

Christian School Foundation also establishes and disburses funds to help schools with tuition assistance programs, professional development initiatives, and also to help schools become "Communities of Belonging" that effectively include students with special needs. Community Christian School is delighted to partner with Christian Schools Foundation, whose goal is to lend support to the entire Christian school movement.

DONATE TO CCS VIA CHRISTIAN SCHOOL FOUNDATION

Online donations using a credit card can be made through Christian School Foundation. A 3.9% + $0.30/transaction processing fee will be charged to CCS when you use this method. You will receive a tax receipt for the full amount of your donation, issued by the Christian School Foundation. Online gifts that are not directed to a specific fund will be directed to the CCS Bursary Fund, which enriches the experience of all students by allowing more students to attend our school. You are also invited to consider working with the Christian School Foundation to make a planned or legacy gift, which can bless our school for generations to come.
